Langkah Membuatnya
- Siapkan gula, ragi instan, kuning telur
- Lalu tambahkan susu full cream
- Aduk2 rata sampai gula larut
- Setelah itu masukkan tepung terigunya, dan susu dancow
- Setelah itu aduk2 sampai rata, dan masukkan butter dan garam
- Lalu mixer sampai adonan kalis
- Lalu langsung rounding donat, tunggu sampai donat mengembang tutup adonan dgn serbet
- Setelah mengembang, ambil adonan masukkan ke tepung biar tdk lengket, lalu pipihkan dgn gelas atau rool pin
- Pipihkan, dan lobangi tengahnya, lalu tunggu agak mengembang lagi
- Setelah mengembang lagi baru goreng donat dgn api yg kecil, biar terlihat ring donat nya
- Lakukan sampai adonan habis
- Lalu beri toping keju dan coklat atau sesuai selera
- Dan donat rumahan rasa jco bisa di nikmati bersama keluarga, rasanya yg lembut dan enak pasti bikin nagih
