Langkah Membuatnya
- Campur telur dan gula dalam wadah, kocok menggunakan wisked sampai gula larut
- Tambahkan terigu, susu bubuk, garam, ragi dan santan aduk sampai tercampur rata dan tidak ada tepung yg bergerindil
- Tuang margarin dan vanili aduk sampai tercampur rata. Tutup adonan, diamkan selama 1 jam
- Setelah 1 jam, panaskan cetakan pukis, tuang adonan pukis hingga 3/4 cetakan (jangan terlalu penuh karna adonan bisa meluber), tutup.
- Setelah 1/2 matang taburi meses coklat diatasnya, tutup dan masak kembali sampai pukis matang, angkat
