1-2 buah terong
secukupnya minyak goreng
Bahan Sambal
10 bh cabe rawit
3 buah cabe merah keriting
10 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 bh tomat
1/2 sdt terasi
1/2 sdt gula
1/2 sdt garam
1/2 sdt kaldu jamur
1 sdm minyak
2 sdm santan kara

Langkah Membuatnya
    1. Belah terong lalu panggang dengan sedikit minyak di atas Teflon hingga kecoklatan di kedua sisinya
    2. Panaskan sedikit minyak laku tumis semua bahan sambal hingga layu, pindahkan ke cobek lalu bumbui dgn garam, gula, kaldu bubuk, ulek kasar hingga tercampur rata
    3. Masukkan santan lalu aduk rata, koreksi rasa hingga sesuai selera ya.
    4. Taruh terong bakar diatas sambal, siap disantap
