Langkah Membuatnya
- Belah terong lalu panggang dengan sedikit minyak di atas Teflon hingga kecoklatan di kedua sisinya
- Panaskan sedikit minyak laku tumis semua bahan sambal hingga layu, pindahkan ke cobek lalu bumbui dgn garam, gula, kaldu bubuk, ulek kasar hingga tercampur rata
- Masukkan santan lalu aduk rata, koreksi rasa hingga sesuai selera ya.
- Taruh terong bakar diatas sambal, siap disantap
