Bahan-bahan
900 gram sayap ayam
1 sdm jahe, cacah
2 sdm rice vinegar
2 sdt mirin
1 1/2 sdt garam
1 sdt lada hitam bubuk
secukupnya Cornstarch
KFC sauce:
3 sdm ketchup
4 sdm honey
5 siung garlic, minced
2 sdm soy sauce
1 sdm sesame oil
2 sdm gochujang

Langkah membuatnya
    1. Siapkan bahan, cuci sayap Sampai bersih.
    2. Masukan bahan marinade (ginger, rice vinegar, mirin, salt, pepper powder), aduk rata Dan diamkan selama 30 menit, sampai bumbu meresap.
    3. Setelah 30 menit, baluri ayam dengan cornstarch. Lalu sisihkan. Dan siapkan bahan untuk membuat saus nya (ketchup, honey, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang), aduk rata Dan sisihkan.
    4. Lalu goreng sayap ayam dengan minyak panas sampai matang. Ulangi sampai selesai.
    5. Didihkan saus, lalu masukkan ayam yang sudah digoreng. Aduk sampai rata dengan saus, angkat Dan sajikan.
