Bahan

1 10 paha ayam ukuran sedang
2 6 buah jamur kuping, potong-potong
3 20 buah cabai rawit merah, potong 2 bagian
4 2 buah bawang bombai, potong lebar
5 1 buah cabai hijau besar, buang isinya, iris bulat
6 5 siung bawang putih, cincang
7 3 cm jahe, iris
8 2 batang daun bawang, iris serong halus
9 1 sendok makan minyak wijen
10 1/2 sendok teh gula pasir
11 1 sendok makan kecap asin
12 4 sendok makan saus tiram
13 1 sendok teh garam
14 1 sendok teh merica bubuk
15 3 sendok makan minyak goreng

Taburan

1 2 sendok makan bawang goreng

Cara Masak

  1. Cuci bersih paha ayam, kerat-kerat, tiriskan
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng bersama wijen, tumis bawang bombai dan bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan saus tiram, garam, merica bubuk, gula pasir, dan kecap asin, aduk rata
  3. Masukkan ayam dan jahe, masak hingga setengah matang
  4. Tempatkan ayam dalam pinggan tahan panas beserta bumbunya, taburi dengan jamur kuping, daun bawang, cabai rawit merah, dan cabai hijau, kukus selama 20 menit
  5. Hidangkan selagi hangat dengan taburan bawang goreng
