500 gram iga sapi atau kambing
4 sendok makan minyak goreng
8 sendok makan kecap manis
4 sendok makan madu
4 lembar daun jeruk
2 cm jahe, memarkan
2 batang serai, memarkan
1 liter air
Bumbu Halus
8 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
2 sendok teh ketumbar, sangrai
1/2 sendok teh jintan, sangrai
1 sendok makan gula merah, sisir
1 sendok teh garam
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk

Langkah Masak Iga Panggang
    1. Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan iga, kecap manis, madu, daun jeruk, jahe, serai, dan air, aduk rata
    2. Masak hingga iga lunak dan kuah menyusut. Angkat iga, sisihkan kuah serta bumbunya
    3. Panggang iga hingga kering, angkat
    4. Tata iga dalam piring saji, tempatkan kuah dan bumbunya dalam mangkuk, hidangkan.
